A selective 12-month leadership and development program for young women
athletes. 30 girls are selected each year to build confidence, voice, financial
literacy, body image, and leadership — on and off the court. Participants also
join Align's Global Citizens Program and Quarterly Impact Camps. Applications
close August 7. Selections announced by mid-August.
